		<description>Thank you for posting this story on your blog.  I am Rod's fiance - we were totally shocked when she denied our application on the spot (after first approving it) just because we wanted to be sure the AC worked!  

I used to manage a customer support center; I simply can't imagine running a business that way.

Thanks again - I hope the word gets out.
